Text Box: DiligentCNS.com or Diligent Computer and Network Systems was started by Shawn Weisser after watching her workaholic husband help other companies make money. She decided that if he could learn to do web pages like she does (or better), then she could have more control over his time. Mark (the husband) had a few reservations. Not about his wife and working for her, instead, he wanted to insure the company they created would be one he, and others, would want to work for and to share ownership in. The company had to be an “open book” to the employees and had to donate 10% of the net profits to charity. The priority had to be customer service and not money.
